Sand before snow, well maybe!

Just thought I'd share a quick little summery layout since it is FREEZING here! BELOW FREEZING actually. We are supposed to get snow tonight {kids have been wearing those jammies inside out all week} but we will see. Whenever the forecast calls for it...well, you know how that goes.

Anyway, this layout. I started with some plain cardstock and GlimmerMist in Bubble Gum Pink! Fun and dried in a flash since the heater is blasting.  I also used lots of yummy Sassafras papers mixed up with some Prima milk bottle flowers and more of my favorite Karen Foster floss. This is my take on sketch 85 from over at Creative Scrappers. This layout only took me about 20 minutes to complete! Aren't sketches just THE best!

Cute! I wanna go to the beach! Course, it's probably cold there too. :-P

Hey Kristie, I think I need to follow your lead and scrap warm, beach photos. It might make me forgot how cold it is outside.

I am loving glimmer mist. My last purchase was the marshmallow one, a wonderful white. Just perfect for a dazzling of snow.

Thanks for sharing the sketch site info, I am always looking for new sketch sites, especially since Julie shut down 52 sketches.

Beautiful page, as always
